Muhammad Zameer
REGIONAL COORDINATOR
Zameer supports the Programs Manager in project planning, field coordination, record-keeping, and the training of rural women trainers, helping ensure that activities are delivered smoothly and effectively. He mobilizes community members, encourages local cooperation, and responds thoughtfully to the complex challenges faced by marginalized communities. He also works closely with the Monitoring and Evaluation team to collect field data for baseline and endline surveys.
Serving as a link between programme teams and communities, Zameer helps translate project plans into meaningful action on the ground. His regional oversight enables him to monitor progress, identify emerging needs, coordinate with field teams, and address implementation challenges in a timely manner. Through consistent engagement, he helps create an environment where communities—particularly women—feel supported, included, and encouraged to participate.
Before joining Kaarvan, Zameer worked with Aurat Foundation, Benazir Foundation, and Bayer Crop Science, bringing experience from both the development and private sectors. He holds an M.Sc. in Gender and Women Studies, along with degrees in Mathematics and Statistics from Bahauddin Zakariya University.
