Zameer supports the Programs Manager in project management, record keeping and training rural female trainers so that the program runs smoothly. Zameer mobilizes community members, ensures cooperation and is responsive to complex challenges facing marginalized communities. He also assists the Monitoring and Evaluation team in collecting field data regarding baseline and endline surveys.

Prior to joining Kaarvan, Zameer worked with Aurat Foundation, Benazir Foundation and Bayer Crop Science. He holds a M.Sc. in Gender & Women Studies. He holds double degree in Maths and Stats from Bahauddin Zakariya University.
