Kalsoom work comprises of project management, addressing community challenges, coordination with various stakeholders and day-to-day program operations. She is also mediator between Head Office and the various Regional Offices in Punjab.

Before joining Kaarvan, Kalsoom’s work experience spans both the education and government sector as she has served as Economic Lecturer at Ahmed Science Academy and Three Star College. She has also familiar with corporate governance through her work experience at Pakistan Bureau of Statistics. Kalsoom holds a MA and BA in Economics from Punjab University.

Kalsoom may appear intimidating to fellow regional coordinators but at the Head Office we know that its only facade because Kalsoom is all love and care.
