Shahroze operates at the intersection of data and the human experience. With a career rooted in the belief that every data point represents a human story, he specializes in “Learning Sharing”—the process of distilling complex organizational insights into narratives that drive action and inspire communities.
By integrating strategic communications with M&E and project management, he ensures that information is translated into a language that moves people to change. Throughout his career, Shahroze has contributed to high-impact programs in collaboration with global and national partners, including UNESCO, UN Women, Samsung, PSDF, British Asian Trust, FCDO, and PTEGP. His experience also spans the creative and social sectors with organizations like The Little Art, where he worked to bridge educational institutions with the social sector—engaging youth in critical dialogue regarding cultural and gender binaries.
A graduate of the University of Central Punjab, Shahroze excels in fast-paced environments while maintaining a focus on the subtle, often overlooked details of shifting social ecosystems. His approach is characterized by a commitment to curiosity and a drive to move beyond surface-level data to find the underlying truths that create lasting, meaningful impact across Pakistan and beyond.
