I am Sughran Mai and I live near Khanqah Shareef in Bahawalpur. Life is an act of faith, of finding courage to accept the mystery of life, of humbly dwelling in the Universe that we will never understand. A single mother to four children, I haven’t let my children feel the void of their father’s untimely demise. Letting go of the fear of uncertainty, I have been working resolutely for 20 years to craft bright futures for my children. Today, two of my children are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, one is completing his Master’s degree and my daughter is currently in FSC. With Aangan, I wish to continue crafting beautiful paths for my children and share authentic expressions with the larger community.
