Since 2012 Kaarvan has formed a strategic partnership with Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), a semi-governmental organization that is working towards the Punjab Growth Strategy by providing skills training services all over the province. Over the course of five years, 4 project initiatives have been implemented: Skills for Employability, Skills for Market, Skills for Jobs and Skills for Punjab Growth Strategy. For these projects, Kaarvan is continuously exploring to innovate the traditional business model by being responsive to local needs and providing holistic training that encompasses technical handicraft skills as well as business sense.

Working and participating with PSDF on policy level, as an implementation partner developing a sound skill service practice and curriculum.
