Hira Mansoor
HEAD OF MONITORING, EVALUATION & RESEARCH
Hira anchors the systems that translate field activity into measurable impact. Her work sits at the core of programme effectiveness—designing, refining, and tracking key performance indicators that reflect not just outputs, but meaningful change in the lives of women engaged across Kaarvan’s initiatives.
Working closely with regional coordinators and field teams, Hira ensures that learning journeys—particularly of female trainees—are carefully assessed, documented, and strengthened over time. She leads research and impact studies for a range of national and international donor partners, shaping how data is collected, interpreted, and communicated. Her role is both analytical and deeply connected to the field—bridging numbers with narratives to ensure that insights remain grounded in lived realities.
Prior to joining Kaarvan, Hira contributed to large-scale skills development programming at Punjab Skills Development Fund, where she supported the design and management of training initiatives across Punjab. Her earlier experience with Lahore Children’s Centre and Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab further reflects a diverse engagement with social development and public sector work.
She holds a BS (Hons) in Management Sciences from University of the Punjab. Through her work, Hira brings a rigorous yet reflective approach to monitoring and evaluation—ensuring that every data point contributes to learning, accountability, and the continuous strengthening of impact at scale.
