Hira works closely with the Head of Monitoring Evaluation & Research to establish, modify and monitor key performance indicators for Kaarvan’s social projects. She is looking after various research and impact studies for different national and international donors organizations at Kaarvan. She also works alongside the Regional Coordinators to evaluate the female trainees learning progress regarding life skills and ensures accurate information is being collected and documented for donor reporting. Before joining Kaarvan, Hira worked for Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) in developing and managing skills training programs across Punjab. She has also worked for Lahore Children’s Centre and Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP). She holds a BS (Hons) degree in Management Sciences from University of the Punjab.
