Hassan supports the Programs Manager in project management, record keeping and training rural female trainers so that the program runs smoothly. Hassan mobilizes community members, ensures cooperation and is responsive to complex challenges facing marginalized communities. He also assists the Monitoring and Evaluation team in collecting field data regarding baseline and endline surveys.
