From a young age Gulnaz Mai’s senses have been inspired to create applique work as she watched her mother and elder sisters create beautiful artifacts such purses, clothing, pillow covers and blankets. Gulnaz Mai carries on the family legacy of applique work. Married to a Tour Guide, business comes knocking to her doorstep in search of authentic souvenirs.
