The WEE program aims to develop skills of 1320 women through Skills Enhancement and Product Development trainings in rural areas of the Punjab. Moreover, it shall capacitate 120 women Micro-Entrepreneurs in Business Management & Communications skills. The project provides market linkages, both conventional and digital in nature, to these Micro-Entrepreneurs thus achieving an increase in their earnings, reporting higher control over economic resources and increased savings.
